How can I get a quote for my project?
You can simply fill out our “design” quote form online. Once we receive and analyze your information, we will contact you at our earliest convenience to plan a meeting or a phone call, before we send an official service offer.
How long can it take to create a visual identity?
Time is relative when it comes to creating a visual identity. The workload for such an important project depends on many factors: the number of proposals to pitch, the quantity of variations, the creation of a graphic standards guide, the budget, etc. The best way is to send us an outline of your project via our >. We can then evaluate the workload required for your project.
Screen Printing
How can I get a quote for my project?
You can simply fill out our “screen print” quote form online (1 application = 1 form). Once we receive and analyze your information, we will email you a preliminary submission within 8 to 24 hours. For urgent projects that have to be printed in less than 7 to 14 working days, please contact us by phone first so we can confirm feasibility (additional fees may apply).
Once I approve the quote, what are the next steps?
1. You will receive an official PDF quote that you have to sign for approval. 2. You will send us the file(s) to be printed according to our file preparation document parameters. 3. A deposit of 50% of the total amount, before taxes, will be required to cover preparation fees. 4. Once these 3 steps are completed, the project will figure on our production calendar and we will be able to confirm an official (or approximative) delivery date.
How do I prepare my file(s)?
Every colour has to be separated on a different layer, including perforation and/or colour overlap. To make sure you prepare your file(s) correctly, we will email you a file preparation PDF document with your official PDF quote. If you can’t finalize your file(s) yourself, we can do it for you provided you pay infographic fees.
What is the minimum quantity to print?
There is no minimum required! However, the unit cost by items will be more expensive if there are fewer items to print. For small quantities, we recommend you print as little visuals and colours as possible in order to minimize preparation fees.
What are your maximum printing surfaces?
Paper/cardboard print: our maximum printing surface is 18 × 24 in. But the medium can be bigger. Fabric print: the tables of our fabric carousel offer numerous printing surfaces and allow us to print many sizes with a maximum width of 20 in (certain conditions apply). However, we can sometimes print atypical projects since the printing size depends on the solutions available. If necessary, we can also create customized printing surfaces.
Can I provide my own materials/items?
We have a wide variety of paper and fabric suppliers, but it is possible to provide your own materials to print (certain exceptions apply). You will have to consider an error margin that we normally take responsibility for. The margin makes up for production errors and makes sure you obtain the printing quality you want. We recommend a margin of 10% or more (per visuals to print and/or per printing colour and/or per item size). In the event that you don’t consider an error margin, we won’t be responsible for any printing errors under the 10% margin.
How many colours can you print?
Paper/cardboard print: we can print as many colours as you want. However, for every colour to print, preparation fees apply (film + screen). Fabric print: we can print up to 4 colours. In every case, your project will be simpler and cheaper if you have fewer colours to print.
What is your lead time?
Our lead time varies between 7 and 14 working days and depends on the quantity to print (certain exceptions apply). We can also print in a shorter time limit, provided you pay additional fees, only if we are able to realize your project.
Can you print other materials than paper and fabric?
Yes, it is possible to print other materials, such as wood, rubber, leather, metal, foam, plastic and glass. However, we need to proceed to ink adhesion tests (fees may apply). Adhesion tests allow us to confirm that our inks stick to a surface and it determines if we can realize your project. The tests are strongly recommended, even mandatory for some materials such as plastic and metal. Once we do ink adhesion tests, it is important to print the project on the SAME material and in IDENTICAL conditions as the tests; otherwise we can’t guarantee the results.
What type of ink do you offer?
Paper/cardboard print: we mainly use water-based inks and solvent inks, for projects or for specific needs. Textile print: we mainly use plastisol inks and special plastisol (metallic, phosphorescent, etc.). Depending on the type of project, it is also possible to print with water-based inks (certain conditions apply).
Do you offer Pantone colour combinations?
We offer preparation of Pantone colours for certain types of ink, including paper and fabric. Our combinations are mixed by hand and measured with our experienced eye: it can therefore differ from the colour you want. Precise Pantone colour combinations are available with certain types of ink, but they have to be produced by our suppliers, leading to additional time and fees.
Is it possible to approve a print test before production?
We can offer a print test depending on the time limit of your project. Fees may also apply depending on the type of project, if you can’t be present during the print test, and if we have to send the test and wait for your approval. Do not hesitate to ask us for recommendations regarding your project in order to possibly make you save time and money.
Can you print on clothes seams?
Unfortunately, no! Our equipment does not allow us to print on seams or near them. A gap of approximately 0.5 to 1 in is required around seams depending on the type of project. The same gap is required for prints that overlap zippers or even for “all over” prints on shirts that are already assembled. You need to know that when ink is released on an accentuated relief like a seam, it produces an excess of ink that leaves an irregular deposit on every item of a production. That is why we can’t realize projects that would normally have to be printed before the clothes or items are assembled.

What if I find a competitive price?
Every screen print company has their own rate, values and work methods. That is why every price is different depending on our specialty, our products and our production calendars. We are therefore open-minded to review our submission if you really want to work with us. In that case, we will ask you to send us a proof (paper or email) of the competitive price and we will decide if we can lower our price.

When will I get my order?
A majority of items are shipped by local carriers like Courrier Plus, that delivers parcels within 2 to 5 working days depending on the delivery address (certain exceptions apply). In some cases, depending on the weight and size of the parcel, especially the smallest ones, it is possible that your order delivers by Canada Post within 5 to 10 working days (certain exceptions apply). If you want to pick up your order at the studio, you can leave us a note so we can make an appointment.
What is your return and reimbursement policy?
Since most of our items are offered in limited quantities and are sometimes the result of an artistic collaboration, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, if a size is wrong (for a shirt), you can contact us to make an appointment: we will welcome you in the studio so we can exchange your shirt for a proper size.
